Depression Help – Diagnosing and Treating Clinical Depression

By Joshua Miller Depression can simply be a reaction to monotony or a lack of control. Financial problems can also lead to depression, and so can moving or a loved ones death. However, some people have genetic predispositions for depression. Chemical imbalances in the brain can lead to chronic depressed moods of varying degrees. Some hormonal changes can trigger depression, while other individuals depressive moods can be caused by seasonal cycles. It has been found that some physical illnesses can also lead to feelings of depression. There are several mood disorders that include general depression. Manic depression, or bipolar disorder, is signified by periods of extreme highs followed by periods of extreme lows. Clinical depression is defined as a long-term depression episode, and seasonal affective disorder is a depressive disorder that relates to the seasons in a cyclical mode. Many individuals seek treatment for depression every year, and those numbers are growing quickly. As less and less of a stigma is attached to being depressed, more and more individuals are claiming to be suffering from depression symptoms. There are a variety of designer drugs available these days to help treat clinical and manic depression. Often times, medical doctors will prescribed these drugs to patients who claim to be suffering from depression without actually performing psychiatric evaluations. If you think you are suffering from a depression disorder, you should first consult a psychologist to see if you are actually clinically depressed. If the psychologist diagnoses you, he or she may prescribe therapy as treatment, or he or she might also refer you to a psychiatrist to obtain prescription drugs to help with chemical imbalances. Most psychologists find it most beneficial if patients combine their medications with therapy sessions to help them realize the roots of their episodes of depression. Do you need Depression Help? Alpaca Yarn – 7 Reasons to Use It in Your Next Project

By Debby McCandless You have probably heard of alpaca yarn, but why should you use it in your next knitted or crocheted handmade project? Seven reasons. It is softer, warmer, stronger, and more lustrous than sheeps’ wool, hypoallergenic, hand washable, and comes in 22 natural colors. Let’s take a look at those seven reasons individually. 1. What makes alpaca softer? The low micron count (a measurement of fineness) means the fiber is soft. Animal fibers have scales on the outside of the fiber. Alpaca scales are smaller and overlap less than wool. There are fewer scales in alpaca as compared to sheeps’ fiber. This makes alpaca smoother. Smoother yarn means less “itch” factor. Therefore, alpaca is softer than wool. 2. Alpaca fiber has microscopic pockets that trap air creating excellent insulating properties. This makes alpaca warmer than wool. Seven times warmer! 3. As strong as synthetic fibers, projects made with alpaca last a long time. 4. Your projects will shine. Due to the smoothness mentioned above, alpaca yarn has greater luster than wool. 5. Alpaca contains no lanolin. Most people allergic to wool are allergic to the lanolin in sheeps’ wool. So, people allergic to wool can pretty much wear alpaca with no problems. No lanolin makes alpaca lighter in weight than wool, too. 6. Your project made with alpaca yarn can be hand washed. No need to dry clean. To wash an alpaca garment, fill a tub or sink with lukewarm water and a small amount of liquid dish soap. Put the project in the tub or sink and let it soak for 20-30 minutes. Drain the water and gently squeeze the garment. Remove it from the tub or sink. Do not let it stretch. Refill the tub or sink with lukewarm water with a small amount of white vinegar. Let it soak for 20 minutes. Drain the tub or sink and gently squeeze the water out of the item. Again, take care not to stretch the garment. Place it between towels and squeeze out excess water. Lay it on a flat surface and let it air dry away from direct sunlight. 7. Although alpaca easily takes dye, there are 22 natural colors to choose from. What could be more organic than using only natural colors? No need to worry about dyes bleeding or fading. For a truly special, durable project that anyone can wear, why not give alpaca yarn a try? Olive Oil: Reading Between the Labels

By Ryan Joseph Olive oil manufacturers use all types of labels to seduce you. Don’t fall for them! Here are what the labels really saying “100% Pure Olive Oil” Sounds high end doesn’t it? Nope. In fact this is the lowest quality oil in the business. If it promises to be a good grade, then the word “virgin” should be on the label. “Imported from Italy” This usually means is that the oil was bottled in Italy . Half of the world’s olives are born and raised in Spain, but for some reason, Italy just sounds better to people. “Made from refined oils” The taste and the acidity of the oil is chemically produced and comes from refined oils, where much of that was stripped away in the refining process. “Lite olive oil” This implies a low fat content but actually refers to a lighter complexion. All olive oil contains fat and the about the same amount of calories 120 per tablespoon. If you’ve made a New Years’ Resolution to be healthy and you’re really trying to capture your own heart, you must evaluate what you eat. This type of evaluation should also include the oil you use. Some of the best quality oils are those produced in the regions of of Umbria and Sicily, Italy. The olives grown in these regions contain hydrophobic antioxidants (including squalene, and polyphenols like tyrosol, hydroxytyrosol and oleuropein), which are very important to good health. Once harvested, the olives are processed under the mildest possible conditions to prevent the oxidation of the antioxidants and then packaged under nitrogen to preserve oil quality. If you’re still using canola or corn oil for all of your culinary needs, it’s time to rethink that and look for healthier options. When it comes to oil, every spoonful is a decision you make for the well-being of your entire body. It’s not advisable that you cook with top-shelf Extra Virgin Olive Oil because it would defeat the purpose: the heat destroys the health-promoting properties. The taste, texture and nutritional profile are much richer if used on already-prepared food. Other vegetable oils or lower grade olive oils are good for cooking but the best Extra Virgin Olive Oil is ideal to place on the dinner table with the same pride you would your finest wine. Some guests may even ask you for an extra wine glass. Olive Oil can spoil, so here is a storage tip: If your oil is not stored properly, if exposed too much to the air, it can oxidize. Oxidation not only affects the taste of the oil, but it can also greatly affect the oil’s nutritional attributes. We recommend that you open your oil and pour out four ounces for your weekly use into a smaller easy-to-pour container (preferably glass). Shut both oil containers tight. This method keeps the main bottle less oxidized. How to Choose Your Wedding Invitations

By Nick Pavel Planning a wedding is a great deal of fun, but it also requires a significant amount of planning. Once you have set your date, one of the first wedding details you should turn your attention toward is the selection of your wedding invitations. While at one time traditional wedding invitations appeared only as white or ivory with engraved black in, today there are numerous options available for the modern bride. Due to the wide variety of designs and styles in wedding invitations available, you’ll want to get started early in choosing the perfect wedding invitation. There are numerous factors that will affect your choice of wedding invitation. The first question you should ask yourself is whether you are planning to have a formal, semi-formal or casual wedding ceremony because the type of ceremony you plan will impact your choice of invitations. Regardless of whether you choose formal, semi-formal or casual invitation, generally, wedding invitations include the invitation itself as well as a reception card, response card, separate envelope for the response card, detailed information on accommodations for guests and riving directions and important telephone numbers. Be aware that while there are literally thousands of styles and designs of invitations available for the choosing, there are only six basic types of invitations. These include: Engraved Thermo graphed Printed Calligraphy Handed colored Box set Engraved invitations are the most classic and traditional choice of invitations available. They are also the most expensive type of invitations on the market; however, if you are planning a very formal wedding, engraved invitations are an absolute must. Keep in mind that you should order your engraved invitations no less than 8 weeks from the date of your wedding, preferably farther in advance. Thermo graphed invitations provide an affordable alternative to engraved invitations. The end result is a very elegant look and while thermo graphed invitations might not be appropriate for a very formal wedding, they would work well for a semi-formal wedding. Plan on ordering these invitations at least six weeks in advance. Printed invitations are one of the most popular choices on the market and are very cost efficient. You can find a wide variety of printed invitations available through most stationary and printer vendors as well as on-line wedding invitations vendors. While the turn around time for printed invitations is typically better than engraved or thermographed options, you should still plan on ordering your printed invitations at least 4-6 weeks in advance. Printed invitations are appropriate for semi-formal and casual weddings. One option in printed invitations that is definitely gaining favor is the alternative of purchasing ‘blank’ invitations from printed stationary retailers and then printing your own information. This gives you the option of choosing the design you want and saving a few dollars by handling the printing on your own. Calligraphed invitations are very elegant and work well for weddings with an old fashioned theme. They can be very expensive; however, due to the amount of time and effort involved in producing them. When deciding on whether to choose calligraphy invitations remember that you need to allow extra time for preparation, plan on additional cost and keep in mind that this type of invitation may smudge if it comes in contact with even a slight amount of moisture. Calligraphy invitations are appropriate for all types of weddings except very formal events. Hand made invitations are gaining in popularity not only because they are cost efficient but because they add a nice personal touch to a very special occasion. There are numerous options for creating hand made invitations and basically the sky is the limit with choices. Just remember to plan on making additional invitations in case of mistakes and allow plenty of time, especially during this hectic time of your life. Handmade invitations are appropriate for most weddings except very formal events. Handmade invitations can also be easily generated with desktop publishing programs and attractive stationary. Box set invitations are available at most stationary retailers and can provide an quick and easy alternative to other types of invitations. This type of invitation can also be easily dressed up for a unique and personal touch. Regardless of which type of invitation you ultimately choose, do be sure to allow plenty of time for printing and an additional two weeks for mailing. Also, consider interesting and unique ways you add a personal touch to your wedding invitations, such as unique wording and verses. Art Of Happiness Lies In You

By John Khu Do you know what is the most elusive and coveted thing in the world? The one thing that everyone hankers for, but very few actually manage to get it. For most people in this world, the most coveted thing in this world would probably be a material object, and in order to achieve that, the most desired object in this world has become money. However, what everyone actually yearns for and wants is not these material objects, but happiness. We need to realize this eternal truth ourselves that the art of happiness lies in us. We want material comfort because we think that by obtaining these objects we will be happy. However, does anyone actually know what is the art of happiness, how do we go about achieving this? Money and material goods certainly do not bring in happiness. How many celebrities have committed suicide in spite of having every possible riches simply because they could not master the art of happiness? People from all over the world, travel to the Himalayas to search for this art of happiness. However, the simple truth of the matter is that the art of happiness lies in you. Yes, each one of us can master this art of happiness ourselves without having to do penance or by living an ascetics life. We are the makers of our own happiness, and we also have the power to master this art of happiness ourselves. The first and foremost thing is to be peaceful. We should have a clear heart, and should not involve ourselves in petty politics, or demeaning others behind our back. We should have a clear conscience, and do only those things which we think are correct. The worst possible thing that one can do is to lie to oneself, and one can never achieve the art of happiness in such a way. Art of happiness can also only be achieved if one is not greedy for more. In todays world, we are never satisfied or happy with what we have; we constantly want more and this cycle never stops. Therefore, in order to master this art of happiness, we should be happy with what we have, and not crave for more than what we can achieve. We should appreciate our life and be grateful for whatever God has bestowed upon us. One can realize that it is easy to achieve happiness by simply respecting others. If we do not respect our elders, our family members, our colleagues, and fellow human beings, we can never learn the art of happiness. The key to art of happiness lies with you. Only your actions and good deeds will help you learn and appreciate this art of happiness. John Khu is an experience entrepreneur and internet marketer. Gamma Knife Surgery- Have Brain Surgery, Be Home In Time For Dinner

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Anne_Moss_Rogers] Anne Moss Rogers Gamma Knife Surgery is not really surgery as you know it. There is no knife, no scalpel. Why did they name it Gamma Knife Surgery? Beats me. But I can tell you its an effective tool. Take it from someone who has had their head opened up more than once. Gamma Knife patients usually waltz out of the hospital the same day and still have their hair. I walked, or rather walked gingerly to my car the week after each of my craniotomies. And my head was shaved which did not qualify me as a fashion diva. So its worth the effort to see if your brain tumor or brain disorder qualifies for gamma knife surgery. It is important to note that Gamma Knife and Cyber Knife are not the same thing. The Gamma Knife was specifically created, designed and built to treat brain tumors and disorders. The cyber knife was not. There are other distinctions, however, this will focus on the benefits of gamma knife and what to look for in terms of good GK treatment. Gamma Knife is a life-saving treatment for patients previously considered untreatable Many brain tumors and disorders that did not qualify as a Gamma Knife procedure in 1999 or 2000 when I had my surgery. But many of those do now. Many who have been diagnosed with inoperable brain tumors or inoperable neurological disorders can be treated with the Gamma Knife. Patients who could not undergo the risk of a craniotomy now have this as an option. How does it work? Basically Gamma Knife (GK) is a non-invasive, outpatient procedure that focuses extremely precise cobalt radiation beams on the target area. Patients wear a Collimator, a sort of helmet that has little holes in it. Beams of radiation are focused through these holes in the collimator. Individual beams are too weak to damage healthy tissue, but very powerful when they simultaneously merge at a single focal point. In particular, GK is a very effective tool in the treatment of Trigeminal Neuralgia, a nerve disorder that causes intense facial pain. GK treatment is designed to stop the growth of tumors or lesions, which means that the effect will happen over a period of weeks or months. It is usually more immediate in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Your doctor will stay in contact with you to assess your progress, which may include follow-up MRI, CT or angiography images to assess the effectiveness. What can GK be used to treat? Determining whether or not you are a candidate for GK treatment is up to your doctor or team of doctors. But Gamma Knife treatment has been successfully used for the following: Trigeminal Neuralgia (TN) Benign Brain Tumors–meningiomas, pituitary tumors, acoustic neuromas Intracranial tumors Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM) Metastatic brain disease Research is being done for Parkinsons, epilepsy, chronic pain & glaucoma The Advantages of Gamma Knife Surgery Since there is no incision, the risks of infection, hemorrhage and adverse reactions to anesthesia are minimal. Most patients receive only local anesthesia and a mild sedative. No anesthesia means patients are up and about quicker. Here are other benefits: Surrounding tissue is spared from unnecessary radiation. Gamma Knife surgery is often more cost-effective because recovery time is reduced. Most patients leave the hospital on the same day as the treatment. (Medicare and most insurance companies cover this treatment.) Patients experience little, if any, discomfort during and after this minimally invasive procedure. What to look for in a Gamma Knife Treatment Center Not every city has a Gamma Knife Center. So it may mean traveling out of your city or state. So your first step should be to find out what insurance will pay for and if you need to make an appeal for a particular center. Your doctors office will often know what centers have good outcomes and experience and can assist in the insurance approval process. If you are having difficulty with insurance approval, dont hesitate to ask for assistance from the originating physician or from the center where you wish to have your treatment. Here are some other things you might want to look for in a treatment center: Physician experience. You want to know that the surgeon performing gamma knife is not out on his maiden voyage. A team of specialists and a comprehensive treatment plan. A good center will develop a treatment plan for a patient depending on many factors and may include consults from neurosurgeons, oncologists, interventional radiologists to name a few. Look for a center that has more recent technologya 4th generation or greater. The GK technology has been around a while so it is hardly in a prototype state. A treatment center than is a Gamma Knife Host site. There is Peace of Mind when you’re at a center that sets a standard for Gamma Knife Surgery. The manufacturer designates some centers as host sites, meaning they are models by which theyd like other centers to follow. There is complementary technology available on site. Is there a PET scanner, a CT scanner, Digital angiography, 3DRA, a trilogy? A full suite of neurosurgery and oncology technology means its a place dedicated to neurological and oncology treatment. It means there are more resources in terms of technology and physician experience. Comprehensive treatment plans. You are looking for a center that offers the most possible treatment options in one place. Going from one city to the next is inconvenient and stressful. Not only that, its unnecessary today. –For example, if you seek treatment for trigeminal neuralgia, you would want to know if they offer gamma knife, medication options, glycerol injections and microvascular decompression. Twenty years ago, a patient would have had to have divine intervention to leave the hospital the very same day he or she had brain surgery. The gamma knife makes this possible for over 30,000 patients every year. So if you are a candidate for gamma knife, you may not be in the kind of shape it takes to put together a thanksgiving feast, but you can certainly enjoy dinner at home. Even desert if you want. I am a writer and a brain tumor survivor. Always fascinated with the brain, my obsession amplified after going through major league epic brain surgery twice, followed a year later by a cranial reconstruction. Afterwards, I pursued projects that involved neurosurgery and hospitals to sate my apetite for medical knowledge. I could talk the talk, might as well use it to make money to offset the medical bills. My fascination is still piqued. The brain and its maladies are ever mysterious but more easily treatable than they used to be. Rewriting Your Resume? 7 Easy Ways To Give Yourself An Upgrade

By Nigel Patterson In today’s competitive job market, a first class resume is an essential tool for winning an interview. The way in which you present your skills, achievements and experience on paper will profoundly affect the way in which a hiring company considers your application. An expertly crafted resume not only captures the attention of its reader through careful attention to layout and formatting; it also targets the specific needs of the potential employer by matching and highlighting your abilities and background to the key requirements of the position. So what exactly is the ‘perfect resume’? It’s well-nigh impossible to get recruitment professionals to agree on this. For example, take the vexed question of the ‘resume objective’. Some employers prefer to see a clearly stated objective as evidence of a candidate’s career focus; others consider including an objective to be a restrictive practice — or worse, little more than vague waffle. So in the pursuit of a truly personalized resume, it’s hardly surprising that effective practice differs from applicant to applicant — and what suits one job-hunter may not work so well for another. And while it’s impossible to lay down hard and fast rules of best practice in resume writing, it’s a whole lot easier to identify some of the habits that can turn recruiters right off — perhaps even sabotage a candidate’s chances from the start! In this article, I’ve collected some of these common resume blunders — so if you’re looking to upgrade your resume, here’s a checklist of seven easy ways to start! 1. Don’t rely on a ‘one size fits all’ resume If your resume is going to get you the interviews you deserve, it needs to focus on the particular demands of the job. So unless your field is very narrow, it’s likely that you’ll need to adapt your resume to each specific application. To help you target your resume, try answering these questions: you’re thinking of applying for a job; what would the perfect applicant be like? what are their most important characteristics? what skills and attributes do they possess? When you profile the ‘ideal candidate’ in this way, you’re putting yourself in the employer’s shoes: thinking first about what matters to them and imagining what they’ll be looking for when they make a short list from all the applications they’ll receive. This is a really useful exercise to help you decide which of your own abilities and achievements to spotlight in your resume. 2. Make sure you include complete contact information Your cover letter may get separated from the resume. Don’t blithely assume that because your address and telephone number are in the cover letter, they don’t need to be on the resume as well — they do! If the employer wants to get hold of you, they’ll likely use the phone. So ensure that you give a personal number (including area code) where you can be reached during the day or where messages can be left. Include a cell phone number and e-mail address where possible. 3. Make the resume easy to read Don’t print your resume in any font size smaller than 11 pt. Be liberal with white space and remember that bullet points in a list help a reader to absorb information. You can emphasize headers and key points by discreet use of bold type, capitals or underlining — but don’t overdo the effect. Consider going on to a second sheet if a single page is crammed. 4. Seize the reader’s interest in the first few lines If your application is one of dozens or even hundreds received, you need to capture the attention of the reader in just a few seconds. The best way to focus interest at the start is with a powerful objective — or, if you prefer it, a skills summary. It’s the place to emphasize your key achievements and core expertise and identify specific job goals. The employer wants a straight answer to the question ‘What can this person do for me?’ — so make your profile easy to read and give a clear statement of what you can bring to the job. 5. Don’t underplay your achievements and experience You’ve already imagined what the perfect candidate for the job would be like. So now focus on those aspects of your own background and skill set that best illustrate those attributes. Highlight your key accomplishments and areas of authority and, wherever possible, use action verbs and statements that quantify what you have achieved. But don’t get creative here: make sure you give evidence for your claims. 6. Order your information according to what the reader wants to know There’s no single correct order of elements in a resume. Everything depends on what the employer or recruiter is most interested in finding out. In general, put your most relevant material first! Many recruiters like a reverse chronological order of dates. Also be aware that some employers dislike a purely functional resume format and feel that it glosses over gaps in work history or other shortcomings. 7. Check your spelling and grammar There’s no substitute for careful proofreading of your resume. Use grammar and spell checking software by all means, but be aware that it may not always pick up contextual errors. Print the document and check it on paper rather than on screen. If possible, ask a reliable friend or relative to double check for mistakes. Don’t forget to check that you have spelled names correctly. Conclusion: keep developing your resume Your resume is a powerful marketing tool. It will always be a ‘work in progress’, constantly needing updates and refinements according to changing circumstances. If you’re planning or conducting a job search, redrafting your resume could be one of the best investments you make towards your future career success. Picking the Right Science

By Rudy Lopes In most college curricula, you’ll need two semesters of science and the corresponding lab courses to satisfy the science requirement. Unless you decide to pursue a science major, that means you’ll need to pick an introductory course from the choices your school offers. So how does one go about doing this? The easiest way to choose is having an interest in one of the choices. For example, I took Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in high school and got decent grades. When I got into college, I picked Physics because it seemed most interesting. College work is much more rigorous than high school, though, and I barely passed both semesters. If you have no real interest one way or another and you aren’t planning to be a scientist, the next best approach is to examine your strengths and weaknesses in other areas. Are you a math genius? Biology, Astronomy, and Geology don’t require much math; Physics can be pretty math-intensive, with Chemistry somewhere in the middle. Like animals or gardening? Biology is filled with living things, but you may want to ask if you’re squeamish about dissections. (My friend was going to take Biology until she found out they were dissecting a cat. She switched to Geology, where dissections are done with a hammer.) You might also want to sample the subject, if you aren’t sure what to expect. Check out a textbook at your local public library, or review a few learning resources on an Internet study site like College-Cram.com. Whatever you pick, it’s best to stick with a single subject for both semesters. It’s kind of like a freezing cold pool — once you’re in up to your waist, you might as well dunk your head. Hopefully this helps you make your course selection a bit more scientifically. By Mike Jones How often should you shampoo your hair? It all depends on the individual and the environment in which you live. The main aim of everyone of course should be clean healthy hair. Whether you need to shampoo daily or not will depend on whether you live in an urban environment where your hair is likely to pick up dirt and grime more quickly. It can also depend on the season of the year. Many find they need to shampoo more often in hotter weather than in cooler or colder seasons. That aside, the steps outlined below will help you avoid unnecessarily subjecting your hair to harsh treatment or even damage when using shampoo and at the same time get great results. Be sure to choose a shampoo that is suited to your hair type, whether it be oily, dry, or chemically treated. Step 1 Either go through your hair with a wide-tooth comb to loosen dirt and dead skin or gently massage the scalp for a couple of minutes which will do the same job. Combing also has the advantage of making sure your hair is not tangled before you wash it. Wet hair is fragile and trying to de-tangle wet hair can cause damage. Step 2 Thoroughly wet the hair with WARM water, avoid high temperatures. Step 3 After putting a dollop of shampoo on the palm of one hand and then dividing it into the palm of the other hand (simply rub hands together), gently distribute the shampoo over your hair as evenly as possible, preferably using a stroking action. (See Appendix regarding quantity) Step 4 Rinse the hair with generous quantities of warm water. Step 5 Rinse your hair again with generous quantities of warm water. (Generally one time is not enough. It takes a lot of water to thoroughly rinse away the shampoo. Remember, shampoo residue left in the hair can contribute to dull looking hair.) Step 6 Use a towel and dab your hair, (don’t rub), to remove excess water. Step 7 Put a dollop of conditioner into the palm of your hand, divide it into the palm of the other hand and evenly distribute over the surface of the hair. Generally this light application will be enough to treat the hair. Usually it doesn’t increase the effectiveness of the conditioner to leave it on for extended periods. Conditioner usually works immediately it comes in contact with the hair and hair cuticles. Step 8 Rinse the conditioner away thoroughly with WARM water. Step 9 Dab or pat your hair with a towel to remove excess moisture. Don’t rub as wet hair is fragile and liable to be damaged with rough handling. Wrapping the towel around the head for a few minutes can be effective in getting rid of the moisture. Appendix How much shampoo should you use? If you wash your hair every day one application of shampoo, a dollop roughly 1 inch in diameter, should be enough. If you wash your hair after two or three days, you may need to repeat the application. The pH factor Some hair shampoos are advertised to give your hair more bounce or body. In some cases these shampoos are alkaline based which can give the impression of added bounce when in actual fact they can make the hair stiff and brittle. Good quality hair shampoos that really add volume to your hair should have an acid balance between pH 4.5 and pH 5.5. Regarding the pH factor, Proctor and Gamble give this helpful information: “When a shampoo with a different pH factor is applied to the hair, the pH levels of the hair and scalp are altered temporarily. However, as soon as the shampoo has been rinsed away and the hair and scalp are dry, they return to their normal pH, usually within minutes. It is only when the pH of a shampoo does not fall within the normal range of 4 – 9 that it can affect the hair. If left on for a long time, highly acidic products with a pH under 4, or highly alkaline products with a pH over 9, can break down the bonds which hold the hair shaft together and cause permanent damage.” Kerte gives your hair lightweight hold with all the nutrients and protection it needs: http://www.1bodycare.com/kerte.htm For the lowest prices on ionic, ceramic, & tourmaline hair dryers: http://www.bodyfaq.com/hair-dryer.html Grow your hair up to 45% faster: http://www.1bodycare.com/fast.htm Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Mike_Jones http://EzineArticles.com/?Hair-Shampoo-Guide:-Step-By-Step-Instructions-For-Great-Results&id=391968 wisconsin law on payday loans pay day loans internet canada cash advance money tree payday loans
